TP question on an Iberia ticket

Travelling to MDE in the New Year. My preferred route is out of MAD. The outboud flights connects to an Avianca code share for the short hope from BOG to MDE.

Will I earn TP on this leg? I will book with Iberia.

As far as I'm aware no you won't for the reasons the sector in question is not one world operated.
Needs to be either a BA codeshare in its own right to be eligible or code-shared AND operated by a Oneworld partner (which Avianca isn't)

You would not earn Avios or TPs for that leg.
You would, however, earn Iberia Avios for that leg, if you carefully switch your FF number around and hope it sticks. I'd retroclaim all flights, and fly without your BAEC number in the booking, if it's that important.
