ARN-HEL-LHR/LCY-JFK-LAX-PHX-JFK-LHR-HEL-ARN seems to price up at 1600 - but the /TP is not as good as the East Coast version

What's your routing? Got that if you have too many transfers.

Exactly the same routing as @bisonrav posted - I reverted to his one, but it only quoted the fare change when I went to put my cc info in and pay - UK credit card but putting the billing address as per his advice.

Update... After a lot of prodding, I have got the bulk of it to book, although on the earlier MCO - MIA flight at 06:35.

Will add details to the Wiki once I get confirmation email from AA.

What have I put myself in for!?!!

Trying to avoid the long layover in JFK on the return - or is there some good reason to spend time there?

No, it was just the way the flights worked out but leaves plenty of recovery time if there's a screw-up. I also fancied the 767.

Well, have picked a few seats on the AA domestic legs, and the booking seems to be choosing me what it thinks I want on the other legs... Any advice for a first time LH flyer?

For the BA legs, use BA MMB. Put the AA Record Locator into the Qantas (yes) MMB and a little bit down the page it will give you a PNR which you can use elsewhere. You may also find the booking pops up there anyway.

Finnair you'll probably need the online chat.

It's now appeared in my app, although the first Finnair flight is missing from the booking on Qantas and BA, but is showing on AA.

Tweet AA - my original booking had 3 different references. Plug them into AA/BA/FY and each will have a different set of flights you can pick seats on.

AA shows all nine sectors. BA and AY all show my trip starting from HEL and not ARN. But... the rest seem fine. Upper deck on the 747 and 2A on the Babybus.
