7th Nov - Spare Heathrow Express Ticket - Heathrow > Paddington
 
Booked a non-refundable HEX ticket a few weeks ago, unfortunately being a bit of a numpty I booked it for the right date but wrong journey.

It's a valid on 7th Nov from Heathrow to Paddington, and for both peak and non-peak trains.

If anyone can make use of it, drop me a DM with your email and I'll forward it on.

Heathrow Express tickets used to be valid in either direction, but looks like they changed it back in May

yes it all changed in May as a result of the TfL ticket barriers becoming active. Tickets have to be for the correct direction now.

OP stated ticket valid from Heathrow to Paddington - so why the replies?

Before May it didn't matter what direction was stated on the ticket someone could use it in either direction even if it said Heathrow to Paddington - hence had the OP made the mistake for a journey before May it would have not been an issue. Since May that has changed so as noted by the OP and sammyg901, even tho the ticket was bought for the right date now it can only be used for the stated direction rather than either direction.
