PVG - BA Passenger Escort Services
Came back from PVG today (3-Nov) and was taken by the BA Duty Manager through immigration (using the so-called Special Lane); fast track security and then introduced into lounge #77 . Asked if this personalised service was new, seems to be the case, and from what I could tell is related to BA status rather than class of travel. I was very impressed. Has anyone else experienced this?
Incidentally, the CX lounge is closed for refurbishment - will take approximately 12 months to complete.
