Just had a look at the schedule for August 2019. Stobart are showing as operating flights to IBZ. However none are on a Sunday. They are operating:

Monday

BA8463 LCY 14:00 IBZ 17:25
BA8464 IBZ 18:30 LCY 19:55

Saturday

BA8463 LCY 06:45 IBZ 10:10
BA8464 IBZ 10:55 LCY 12:20

BACF are increasing the overall number of weekly departures from IBZ from 17 to 20 during next Summer. This information was found after I compared the schedule operated during the 2nd week of August with the schedule loaded for the same week next August.

I think the additional departures will more than cover for the seats lost by using the Stobart aircraft. Below is a list of how many flights are planned to depart IBZ on each day next August. Changes in frequency compared to the summer just gone are highlighted.

MON - 3 flights
TUE - 2 flights
WED - 1 flight 2 flights
THU - 3 flights
FRI - 4 flights
SAT - NO flights 2 flights
SUN - 5 flights

I had no idea they had so many flights to IBZ. Five on Sunday is impressive!

Sunday appears to have a MAN-IBZ-LCY route scheduled to arrive at LCY at 21.00.

and they are always full and at very high fares indeed, must be a very nice earner for BA / Cityflyer. Mainly I imagine because they are really the only evening option back to London - most of the other flights (including BA to Gatwick) seem to depart either mid-morning or early hours.

I had two friends end up doing IBZ-MAN-LHR to get a reasonably priced flight (they both live in West London so overall wasn't too crazy) - apparently they weren't the only ones!

If I'm reading the flight radar data correctly, the first Stobart service to operate for Cityflyer has departed this morning. BA7301 LCY to Milan.

Correct.

I know that it positioned SEN-LCY yesterday so all seems to be going to plan.

Is it still all white ?

White with a small Stobart Air logo next to the rear door. Cabin is unchanged from its Virgin Australia configuration and colour scheme.

They were doing circuits at LCY last week for training, it was taking ages as the airspace is super-busy and constrained !

Would anyone know which (if any) LCY-NCE will be operated by Stobart in late August to mid-September? Haven't booked my RFS for that yet so if it's likely to be a 1-2 configuration at the front, I might redeem at least the return in CE.

I have a LCY-NCE booked for just after Easter, but so far no notification about a change of aircraft.

Answering my own question but it case it helps anyone else, for now it looks like only the Sunday LCY-NCE flights are operated by Stobart for the end August to mid September period. No good to me then. Ah well, the usual RFS in ET with Cityflyer it is...

I'm assuming they do, but can anyone confirm whether the Stobart Air operated BA Cityflyer flights still earn full Tier Points and Avios? Thanks

If your flight booking has a BA flight number, then the answer is yes.
