Better to blast it out and bear the shame than sneak it out and share the blame.

According to the confidential compensation list, it's currently 1500 Avios per fart.

Is that irregardless of cabin? Is an F fart really valued the same as a Y fart?

Can't beat a bit of Roger Mellie's profanisaurus. Has kept me amused on many a flight

I ask because there has been a fair bit of feedback recently to BA, that their CC tend not to give the same recognition to elites as do the crews of other OW carriers ; I suspect that what you experienced is the new enhanced form of onboard personal greeting.

For anyone concerned that this may have affected them, note that there is a helpful tailwind indicator in the IFE system.

ExpertFarter should be able to confirm if the fart was outside of the airline's control thus giving some clarity on a potential EC261 claim.

I might have to take this to MCOL. I believe meal choice for CC is within BA's control.

Nothing beats an Air France flight I was on from Seattle to Paris last summer. Some "brilliant" chef put lentil salad on the menu for meal served right after take off. I thoughtfully skipped eating this item for obvious reasons, but unfortunately my fellow passengers did not. The smell after 9 hours was incredible........

Isn't this where all the bubbles come from for all the LPGS BA serves?
