Hi,

Thanks for that Scotflyer80!

That is a bit of a reduction on the CPH and HEL flights (losing a daily flight each)

Regards

"Gibraltar - Will Increase from 11 to 14 x weekly from 02APR-24OCT"

I assume BA are hoping to capture more direct air freight if (when) Spain start playing up over the border after Brexit

So WAW is about to go from T3 to T5, and next summer it goes back to T3? How odd.

It is saying S18 is T3. I find it odd that the OP is giving info on S18 when this whole thread is about S19. I agree it would be odd for WAW to go back to T3 in S19 though. Maybe the OP can clarify?

It is stating that in S19 it will move to T5 from T3. The S18 is showing the old terminal although possibly slightly irrelevant as BA only operate T5 or T3 so if moving to T5 it must be from T3.

Sheer speculation but maybe Finnair metal picking up the slack and fewer people flying it since they pulled the £200ish TLL fares? 🤣

If you have the choice between AY (especially the A350) and BA on the HEL route, why would you ever choose BA?

Perhaps because AY short haul on a non-A350 a/c is even worse than CE?

Phoenix (PHX) - decreased frequency from 10 flights to 7 flights per week from 31 March 2019
Note this one is because AA is adding daily service on a rather early flight each day, so combined OW it's an increase from 10 to 14 flights, though the 777-200 that AA flies has no first class and a lower number of business class seats than the second BA flight.

The new flight is pretty awful for jetlag on the PHX-LHR segment, but pretty strong for connections to further destinations such as India:

AA 194 15:00 PHX - 09:25 LHR
AA 195 09:30 LHR - 12:30 PHX
