This was my first FT do after 8 years of posting here, and it was a most pleasant evening. Really good to put so many faces to names and chat with such diverse and interesting people. Thanks to the organisers and I plan to attend more now the ball is rolling!

Many thanks to KARFA for organising a fun evening and to Teledude for his generous contribution - especially as he was not even present!
It was good to meet some new FTers and catch up with some familiar faces too.
Sorry I did not get to speak to everyone - it was a little crowded - but it seemed that everyone was really enjoying themselves!
In particular, it was good to put faces to the names for some fellow Easter PHX travellers - look forward to seeing you at various points during that trip and also those attending the GIB Do!

Only my second "do", and first with t'other half. He enjoyed it and has not ruled out a return visit! Was great to put a face to some names and will try to make some other functions in the future. Next trip for me is mid April ARN-MIA (though obviously not a simple routing), so be great to meet up with any one else doing flights then (Mon 15th Apr BA001 and then on to MIA).
Have a great Christmas all, safe travels, and of course thanks to all who organised and contributed food/drink to the cause last night.
