48 / 12 rows CE WOW! that's getting on for a 3rd of the plane, if not more, surely?! I thought the 8 we had on the way to RAK was bad( I know the 'service' was the worst we've ever had)

Fingers crossed for a smaller cabin when we do the jaunt there

Same for last Sat 11am flight. 12 Rows of CE. It's even more difficult for the staff to work on the NEO as space is tight.

What happened to the rumours about CE being capped at 7 rows on the neos? Was that debunked?

Frankly, if BA can't deliver the service, they should either staff up so that they can, or they should cap CE at fewer rows.

The later flight on Sunday was not up to usual standards either. They skipped the first drinks service & came round with meals immediately - Not so bad - but they didn't come back around, and people were either asking as staff passed, or were going up to the galley to get their drinks. I felt for them, but even 3 staff couldn't handle so many passengers.

On the plus side my points credited to approve Silver this morning, just in time for DUB-LHR.

Tomorrows BA794 is the party plane as there is 5 of us on-board. As I was in CX lounge twice this week, I will most likely be loitering in the QF Lounge tomorrow. See you guys tomorrow.

Breakfast at the Hilton is not great quality - stale bread / pastries, all juices from concentrate premix, nasty coffee, minimal hot breakfast food. Egg dishes cold and or rubber. Smoothie ok. No chilled normal milk for cereal. It’s better than the lounge though.

Schengen to non Schengen passport control, which you have to go through, doesn’t open till 06:00. The walk from the Hilton reception to security takes 5 minutes. There hasn’t been any notable queue on my recent trips.
