Still major issues with BA IOS App
After more than one year BA has stilled not sorted out the issue with their IOS app. I get messages that my log in details are incorrect. They are Not as i use them to log in on my PC. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have changed passwords, but still no luck.
BA gives me this answer: Hi there, we're sorry you're still having problems with the app. We'll be sure to pass this to our Systems Faults team so they're able to look at what the problem is. Hopefully we'll have this resolved soon.
At the moment, because I cannot log in I are not able to access boarding cards and current reservations. So all the hassle bringing paper copies when travelling with hand luggage only.
Does anyone have any solutions?

Can you use the app for a while before it logs you out? I get told that my login details are wrong every few weeks and it logs me out. I then log back in with the same username and password and I'm ok again for another few weeks.

Thank you for that info. it is now working. it is indeed an issue that web version allows special characters and IOS app not. So BA should sort it out anyway to avoid confusion. I presume people after last hacking scandal will have proper passwords.
