Interesting!
I assume any crew on an overnight (or 2 night) stopover will be able to wear the old one a little bit longer?

Anyway, I am looking forward to seeing everyone in their romper suits

It’s only crew leaving their base on the 27th, returning crew will be wearing the current uniform.

Indeed! To also add, on a recent NCL to LHR had my first sight of the new name badge (obviously no longer producing the older version), can't say it looks too great - formatting off and logo far too big.
Intrigued to see what the actual uniform looks like in the flesh, tempting to put money on there being some sort of scandal (such as Delta/Hives) and the JMD uniform being back a few weeks later..

In your opinion, what would you say is the general consensus with staff regarding the new uniforms?

Just need a red van, a black and white cat and the look is complete.

I really hate the "dinner napkin" scarf tucked at the necks of the lady crews.

The new pilots hat is a thing to give you nightmares

I suspect most will be worn under the arm or “forgotten” in the car

The new pilot hat is almost exactly the same as the current one only smaller and with a metallic coat of arms instead of embroidery.

New uniform hats never look 'good' ... until they have acquired that "100 mission' shape!

Both BA Pilots I know have remarked on how the hat makes them look like a Soviet general. That said they are happy as chaps with the new suits, but feel for their female colleagues..
