The best response is from an IT company though "Has your IT been hacked again? Call us if you need some help..."

From a HQ point of view we started losing internet from around 1300; from 14:00 we completely lost the wi-fi connectivity, and LAN. IT had a message on the fault report line saying that they were experiencing issues and were working on a fix, no ETA. Operational SMS sent about 30' ago says that operational systems are back online.
As to what's causing it, don't know. I've let my team go home and I'll pop down to T5 to see if anyone needs help, but one of the ladies in the team who's on call hasn't been summoned... Yet.
all this is my own opinion & experience, not BA's.

The LHR departure board available from their website suggests that only 4 BA flights scheduled to depart from T5 after 14.15 have departed (not sure how reliable that data source is but a growing number of unhappy tweets)....

Im sat in NCL lounge now. No mention at check in. 50 min delay > an hour > hour 10 > hour 20 > hour 30... luckily got few hour still to make my QR connection at 2130 from T4. It seems like everytine I turn up for a flight lately, its late.
