Put them in the dryer and they will disappear one by one.

If you have a dog or a cat, they would make great stuffing inside a pillow case, for use as a bed for them!

Cheese straining.

Perfect for straining whey for Ricotta, straining Chèvre curd, straining mascarpone, sour cream, Fromage Blanc and cream cheese.

Besides draining curds, whey or yogurt they are excellent for producing cold brewed coffee, as long as the pieces are big.

Convenient mug covers. They slip right over your mug and help to keep your coffee or tea warm while keeping your hands from getting burned.

(side note: use them on cold drink cans for the inverse effect)

#hoytilt perfecter.

Cut off the toe.
Lay flat on a table and use a protractor to mark the 23.5 degree angle on the sock with a black marker.

Slip the sock discreetly over your wrist. Make sure the sock is bidirectionally stretched, to maintain aspect ratio of the weave. Check with your protractor.

When taking the photo, ensure the glass is perpendicular to sock axis and then tilt the forearm to make the black angle line level with the liquid in the glass.

Voila! The perfect tilt angle perfected without needing complex photoshop trickery.

Advanced tip... Crop the image to hide the sock and your social media friends will think you are naturally gifted.

When you get old, you will find them useful every night to keep your toes warm as your blood circulation is not as good as before. So save them for the rainy day.

Or with cats, fill the sock with dried catnip and get the feline stoned out of their gourd.

With a bit of domestic skills, they can also make AMAZING glove-puppets to entertain your small children. So cheap ... just a couple of buttons for eyes, and perhaps some glittery additions.
