First October 2017, then March 2017, then October 29th, 2018, then January 2, 2019, then March 2, 2019, now maybe saying April 5th, but maybe the end of April. When it looked like they were going to miss the October 2018 day, they chopped the IGA CEO, a few days ago they chopped the DHMI Chairwoman. if they open full ops on 5 Apr, they risk jeopardizing THY, not going to happen.

Move to the new airport is supposedly the 6th April for all airlines, allegedly.
According to TK website, TK flights are definitely moving on 6 April, ceasing ops at Ataturk (IST) at 2 am and starting at the new Istanbul airport (ISL) at 14:00 on 6th April, and this is supposedly applicable to all airlines.
Also there are potential flight cancellations because there appear to be a 12-hour gap between 02:00 and 14:00 when one airport ceases ops and the other one starts.
I cannot find any info on BA.com yet. Keep your eye on BA.com for any updates, and make sure you pick the right location for hotels (i.e. it's a long way between Ataturk and new airport so it's not good if you end up booking an airport hotel at the wrong one).
The airport code ISL doesn't seem to be loaded on BA.com yet, either.

The plan is for the IST code to be transferred to Istanbul New Airport during the twelve hour switch over. ISL was only required by TK during parallel operations.

Singapore Airlines have also confirmed that they will move on 6th April.
I'm seeing the IST code refering to the new airport on TK's site with a note to say Ataturk will be closed by then on a booking for late April.
