BoB - Success, Failure or just head in the clouds?

The way I see it is it's less to do with the M&S brand and products and more to do with Tourvest who facilitate the BoB concept for BA. You can have Waitrose, Tesco, Aldi, Harrods or whichever brand you like on the brochure and putting their name and good name on the line for Tourvest to come along and ruin the experience for everyone.
A) for the passenger by loading stock insufficiently.
B) for the brand who gets the flack and bad press.
I'd actually like to see M&S take the responsibility and take this process in-house but without assurance BA will retain the brand or products for BoB for any length of time, they aren't going to invest in such quality assurance. Hence why it's farmed out to so called specialist third parties.
