It can not have escaped your notice that there are a number of FTers traveling over the next 12 days from OTP - PHX and back
Here is a space where you can read it all as it happens (255 People Flights between 16th August and 28th August)
Please keep this for trip reporting an not general chatter

Well here we are all starting to position for the mega trip to PHX... already the fun has started as some can't checkin for the party plane tomorrow etc.
From my side I have managed to checkin for both my positioning trip GVA - LHR - OTP and the first legs of the run OTP - LHR - JFK.
Reports of long queues at CBP in JFK terminal 7 are making me glad that I booked a hotel over night in JFK rather than trying to connect on to AA from the transcon.
Now at work trying to concentrate on a couple of bits of work before the fun starts. Looking forwards to meeting the other TPRunners along the way and filling you in on some of what happens.
Hopefully some of the other runner will participate in this and those of you at home over the bank holiday have some fun reading.

There are few travel experiences I can think of that would be worse than being on the party plane - for me, travel is a relaxed, solitary experience - even though the few FTers I have met on previous TP runs have been delightful company. I'll certainly look forward to the reports, though.
