GGL phone wait times

GGL phone wait times
Anyone else getting frustrated or just me?
Usual bad period are 4pm onwards where the Gold line is often quicker.
Have had 20+ mins this week.

Had no issues, the longest I've waited is 2 minutes. Is it possible that that they have decided you are calling too much so are choosing to answer other calls rather than yours.

not this week, but this has been a regular occurrence all this year.
Just meant the complex and rather expensive bookings went to the airlines that could be bothered to pick up the phone.

Yep. Finding a negative trend. Trying a new travel agent so not using the line much lately though.

I have to say Propeller have been excellent at all my travel plans, I only call BA for upgrades, gufs, and complex redemptions. Hence my daily conversation with Manchester

The wait today was fairly long, about 10mins but the agent was as helpful as ever and apologised for the wait without me even mentioning anything queuing. She told me they had an extremely busy day for some reason. Called around noon.

Yes, it's gone from 10 seconds to about 10 minutes in the last couple of months for me.
