Yes would be useful. I managed to find a missing row in Row 6 recently on a 320, and considering it was 30C outside, this was somewhat inconvenient

I don't think all A319 are missing a row 9 nozzle, and though many LHR A320s have no nozzle in row 6, that's also not universally so (e.g. G-GAT does have nozzles in row 6). There are notes in the Dashboard thread for these aircraft types for missing nozzles.

I had the "pleasure" of flying to Bucharest on an A320 last weekend (not for a PHX run!). Row 6 on the way out (no ventilation); I changed to row 9 on the return journey and guess what - no ventilation!
