One major drawback with ITA Matrix (which has only been the case relatively recently), especially as so many good BA fares are ex-EU, is that it no longer permits "journeys with origins in multiple countries".
For example searching for a routing to NYC originating in DUB or AMS or BRU is no longer permitted, whereas it is still permitted on Google Flights.
On the other hand, ITA Matrix does permit a swift change of Point of Sale ("Sales city"), whereas this is trickier with Google Flights.

Google Flights for me. I do like the price tracking feature too.
ITA Matrix was the best, but since some of the recent changes, I now find it wildly unreliable, often returning higher fares than google on relatively simple intinaraties.

I don't understand why they have removed classic and forced users to use this awful UI. They have actually made their product worse.
