BA call centre routing to "City Plumbing"

Fantastic.

Called the BA call centre. Usual BA intro. Option 2 to make a booking. Press 2.

The call says "Welcome to City Plumbing" and starts to give opening hours of some poor plumbing company with a phone that must be ringing off the hook.

Quite shambolic.

When your customer service has gone down the toilet, who better to call?

I'd be cautious. BA tend to pull the plug on any deals that are too attractive at the minute.....
