BA 268 delayed 3hrs(2hrs sitting on tarmac)..got 10 BSP credit/person

Our Flight BA 268 on June 12th was delayed 3 hrs 9mins(base on Flightaware). Departure delayed 1hrs and stuck on tarmac for 2hrs due to sick passenger who need attention). We missed our original connection flight from LHR to Paris and BA booked us on next available flight. When we arrived at LHR, they gave us packet with our new connection tickets BUT DID NOT TELL US that there was 10 BSP(pounds) credit voucher per person to use at the airport. I did not see this until we arrived at Paris hotel. Too busy to read they packet because we were trying to get to the new gate to catch our new connection flight. FYI: if they give you a re-booking packet, look inside!!!!

Still love flying on A380!!!

If you can articulate your specific situation a little more clearly, perhaps we can help you with a further claim. Can you post specific flights and times?

I learned the same lesson, OP! When a DL flight caused a misconnect, I didn't notice the 10 EUR voucher spit out with the boarding passes at the KLM kiosk.

It sounds like the OP is kindly making a public service announcement to advise people to look in the package of things given, rather than making a further claim.

This is outside the EU261 since it was due to an unwell passenger in any case.

No, no, it's British Standard Pipe, a family of thread types for pipe and fittings.

.

Although, as the name suggests, the specification was originally standardized by BSI in the UK, BSP is now specified in two families of International Standards, ISO 7-1:1994 and ISO 228-1:2000. The numbers suggest that these are very old standards (some recent standards have serial numbers greater than 30000), they are still in current use.

Our flight #268 on June 12th out of LAX schedule for 9:35pm departure didn't leave until around 10:30pm, but was delayed due to sick passenger and the plane needed to return back to the terminal. We were on the tarmac for another terminal that can handle A380 to open up.

this is what voucher states:
"cannot be exchanged for cahs, full terms and conditions apply. voucher must be used at the issued location and on the date of the issue, this voucher can be used in participating airport outlet and not on board"
if I'm correct, the only can be used on date it was issued (June 13th)
