hold times to make avios booking
I've been trying to make an avios booking on S7 (BA partner) on the phone, since the option has been removed from the website.
I've tried for 20 minutes, 30 minutes, today I survived 40 minutes of their music to no avail whatsoever.
My message is also left unanswered.
Do you know what is going on in BA? What is you normal hold time? This is just horrible.

Hold times as a whole would be much less of a problem if the website could be relied upon to facilitate avios bookings as it should. It seems to me that at any one time there is at least 1 long term and 1 short term issue triggering what should be an unnecessary need to call.
