27% feel their views are listened to. I assume the other 73% are the customer facing team members

I reckon that more than 5% of people who manually 'collect' bull semen for a living would say they were 'happy' in their job .....

Don't know how you got hold of this. This is not meant to be posted on a public forum as it contains commercially sensitive information.

The one thing I look for in these mega-surveys is intention to leave within 12 months.
This is not in this summary.
They have, instead, put in that 82% intend to stay for 3 years.
I do not believe that figure, so it depends how the question was posed.

Rather worryingly, only 41% perceive "safety conscious" behaviours. I bet Shell and BP get over 90% for that.

It was sent to 17,000 people! I'm not running it on HFP though because that would be unfair.

This is the first survey in something like six (?) years. Most blue chip companies and government departments do them every year or 2 years, though the airline industry (and journalism for some reason) is a general exception here. The results are terrible in relative terms, but the good news should be that if BA continues to ask for consistent staff feedback on a regular basis then this will drive an incentive on management to improve the scores year on year.

Similar questions to what the civil service are asked Let's just say if the head of a civil service department delivered results like that there would be trouble ahead.

As an aside since the civil service wide survey has been implemented big changes have taken place to listen to staff and it's become a much better place to work. Would help ba to do the same, not that they seem to be interested in anything other than the share price at times

The staff of BA have always been the greatest asset, get them right everything else takes care of itself. Doesn't seem to be the case now.
