Or book BA LCY-ZRH on a foggy day, wait for cancellation and insist on rebook on still running Swiss service, then claim ORC. Foolproof.

The Sunair-operated BA flights to and from Denmark. I took a Dornier 328 from BMA to AAR a few months ago: amazingly powerful plane and nice to have a meal with the old Club Europe teacups!

SO many on BA alone but leaving Mauritius, a very long slow left hand turn sees this and lots of the island too. Beautiful take off and place to visit.
Vancouver approach the last hour is quite spectacular in my humble view.
oneworld - Hamilton Island in Australia was probably one of my favourite views and landings.

NCE arrival on the 22s in winter on a sunny day with a seat on the right hand side.
Agree with CWS re CMF approach to 36 via the hospital windows (Kai Tak-esque)

GVA, runway 23 approach over the lake.
BCN, as mentioned by CWS, the approach down the coast has always been a favourite of mine. It was also the 3rd European airport I ever flew into and the 1st one where I could see anything after LHR (mist/rain) and GOT (snow/low cloud)
BHX landings can be exciting for all the wrong reasons, crosswinds are fairly common.

Back in 2009 , Prior to a holiday in Amsterdam, I arranged a quick tour (two days to the beginning of the holiday) in order to catch a few aircraft types/airlines I hadn't flow before and some interesting UK airports.
I ended up doing:
CWL-VLY (Dornier 228 - CityLink)
Holyhead-Dublin (HSS Stena ferry)
DUB-LHR-GLA (Bmi A320/A319)
GLA-BRR-GLA (Flybe (Loganair) Twin Otter)
GLA-LCY (BA Cityflyer Emb170)
LCY-AMS (Cityjet RJ85)

I've been lurking for sometime, but had lots of great info from the forum. I'm now a fan of the walkways between T5a and T5b/c. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the New Club World Service catering will be on BA11 to SIN in September.
