Locked out of my BAEC

Locked out of my BAEC

I was locked out of my BAEC on Monday evening. Called the Gold line yesterday and was told there is an IT issue (agent said he recieved an email about this) and it is a general issue and nothing to do with my individual account. Told me just to keep trying to login later when the problem is sorted. It’s been 36 hours now and still can’t access my account.

Has anyone got the same problem?

BTW my wife’s BAEC Gold account is not effected.

I also had this problem on Monday evening, but have been able to access my account again since yesterday evening.

Thanks and lucky you - I still don't have access. I called the BAEC Gold line this morning and they reckon the problem is still on-going.
