BA Redemption Seat Release Time (Midnight or 1am)

Are BA Redemption Seats released at midnight or 1am? Read differing reports... does anyone who has stayed up to book got any advice?

Thanks

I think it varies with British Summer Time. So at the moment I think its 1am and in October when clocks go back its 12pm until end of March

In my experience it's between 00.05 and 00.10! Not quite bang on midnight.

Good luck!

Yes, 1am currently for BST. Done it twice this month! Called US call centre and got straight through and in bed again for 1.15am 👍👍

After constantly refreshing the screen from 23:59 my Singapore seats magically appeared at exactly 00:00 in February...

It's 00:00 UTC. Meaning when we are GMT it's 00:00 and when we are BST, ie: now, it's 01:00.

If you wait until five past (or even seconds past) on popular routes the seats will have gone.

Thanks all. Mission accomplished. Seats were available on the dot at 01:00BST (00:00GMT).

Was worth setting the alarm for!
