Birthday surprise!
Morning all from a very warm Las Vegas.. Heading back to the UK tomorrow which happens to be a special day. Haven’t seen this before on the BA App and I doubt it’s just because London is a cool city! Anyone else seen this before? I searched and didn’t find..

I've had this screen display on my birthdays too (though the CWS family's religion bans such fripperies). Many happy returns ThatT1Feeling, may there be many more.

Apologies for the thread resurrection but currently running with two phones and the above screen popped up as a surprise on Android but not Apple. Despite flying a lot I have never seen it before as I normally use my iPhone for travelling. It is a nice touch.

I find the iOS app usually needs a very determined refresh. The Android app, in comparison, refreshes quite a bit quicker.
My approach it to pull down the home screen until the phone vibrates and you get the message up top saying "Last updated x-time ago".
Hold the screen down whilst the spinning wheel goes round until the message changes to "Last updated just now".
This seems to be the most reliable way to get the app to pick up new bookings, time changes, flight status, seats, etc.
You could try this on your Apple to see if it pulls in the festive screen.
And Happy Birthday!
