Just to clarify this post, you are talking about the view from the Great Siege Tunnels (also known as The Upper Galleries).
The Gibraltar Museum is located in town near M&S, and while it has 14th century Moorish bathhouse in its basement, you certainly won't be able to see the airport from there!

I'm looking at joining your little soiree from across the pond, if that is ok! It looks like the only GIB flights are in/out of UK, except for a couple to Morocco, so I'll no doubt have to come over thru London or MAN. Anyone else looking at an after trip to Morocco? Perhaps see if there are some interesting mileage/status runs that launch from there?

The more the merrier.

Not sure of any runs from Morocco but there are some about from Algeria.

Yup, and until recently the Spanish did not even allow GIB flights to use their airspace, which as you can imagine, made things a bit tricky.

You can drive from AGP if that's significantly easier to get to.

Thanks! I was looking at the AGP flights, what is the recommended transport from there? Rent car and drive, bus, other? Where would you drop the rental?

I have done that trip several times from AGP to GIB by road and it is a very easy drive down the coast. Not familiar with public transport.

Hopefully the refurbishments will be completed by then as we were there in the summer and it was a bit hit and miss with A/C units leaking over the floors of the refurbished rooms.
If someone would be so good as to add us to the wiki - Me and the missus 22/3 BA490 24/3 BA491 Staying at the Eliott as HIX full.

Quiet Saturday morning catching up on FT so Wiki updated @madfish. Can someone double check the headcount. I make it 72 now which is amazing! Looking forward to seeing everyone from PHX again.
