Hi to everyone attending their first Do. Nothing to worry about not knowing anyone. My first Do was PHX last month and it was great; a really welcoming bunch and a load of new friends.
See you all in GIB.

There was an early post in this thread where a slight dissatisfaction of the abscense of adventurous routing for this event was expressed. Playing with Matrix today, I found a solution, not just for the adventure of it, but hoarding 280 TP as well. Those living in the London area might even sleep at home Friday night. As always, success may have another price tag...

Flights/Hotel booked - how exciting! I was in GIB last week having driven there from Spain, and after seeing the do thread pop up on FT while away it had to be done. Luckily, I did not book through the app then for obvious reasons. All booked via Amex Travel which was actually easier than ba.com.
Looking forward to finally meeting all of you

OK, I'm in too just to keep the critical mass accumulating, probably just Sat-Sun for me.
Here's hoping I don't end up at the back of the HIX check-in queue as I dread to think how long that's going to take after the BA490 lands!

Thanks @madfish - I'll take that as my gold greeting
Perhaps we should be arranging something with the HIX nearer the time so they don't have a queue of 40 trying to check in at the same time...?
