Assuming you are referring to the Mini-Do flights, I'm sorry for not having a console table over the middle seat. There might be other advantages to compensate, I hope.

Just booked this. Will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn at LHR on the Friday night if anyone is around.
On the 12:35 flight on the Saturday which will be the first BA Y flight in 14 years that I haven't been in an exit row as all 12 are taken! Staying at the Holiday Inn for 2 night and flying back on the Monday afternoon flight.

See this link for a lot on Gib - https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/spain-portugal-gibraltar/1833891-visiting-gibraltar-early-october-4.html
I live in Gib and I'd say you should try to get in a top of the Rock trip and one out to see the dolphins. Dolphin Adventure - disclosure, I know them - run a slick operation and have a catamaran big enough for 70 and another for up to 49. On dolphin.gi or 00 350 200 50650 - worth talking to them about a group deal, including cable car tickets.
For a big group eating out, I'd go for Queensway Quay marina rather than Marina Bay or Ocean Village. At QQ, both the Waterfront (00 350 200 45666) and the Landings (00 350 66100) should be able to cater for you inside, or out by the water, depending on weather. There is also the fairly new Bistro Point (00 350 200 76588) down at Europa Point with views over the Straits, but I haven't got there yet (mostly because I've been out acquiring tier points...).
For those of an active disposition who won't be impeded by a Sunday hangover - a vanishingly small number, I imagine - there is a Stand Up Paddle club on the east side (disclosure, yes, again, I know them - this is Gib...). Very impressive to be on the water overshadowed by 1300 feet of the Rock. Find them on Facebook.
Taxis are on 00 350 200 70027. You can't book but they'll normally arrive within 10 minutes. Usually mini vans with about 8 seats; trips are on a meter and rule of thumb is about Ł10 for most trips around town.

Based on the recommendation of @SecondGo I emailed dolphin.gi to enquire about a private charter.
They were very prompt in responding and have availability on either the Saturday evening or Sunday morning/lunch. Depending on numbers and desired duration we are looking at around Ł15-20 per person for a two hour charter. The more who attend the cheaper the final cost. This is NOT compulsory.
They are able to offer catering/drinks or we can bring our own.
Given that we need to be back on dry land by 7.30pm and many of us don’t land until 4.30 on the Saturday, this does not give a great deal of flexibility. My preference would therefore be for the Sunday morning, departing at 11, returning for 1pm ready to head to the airport for those on the 3.15pm departure.
With 30 participants we would be looking at Ł19 each. If everybody who came to the do went on the cruise we would be looking around Ł14 per person.
If you can let me have expressions of interest on the thread we can see if this is a viable proposition. Alternative add names to the wiki.

You just have to accept that there’s a huge spectrum of people here on FT, and they’re not all W/Bankers.
Get in there!! ... oh, you have! (Failed to refresh Thread!)

After missing out on 2015s JER Do and having gone through a stressful personal life recently, I might see if I can get to this one!
