All the Dukes and etc who received their awards for being a hanger on, or shagging Kings and Queens in the past, and all of them that grabbed their lands through slavery should be made plain old Mr and/or Mrs.
My bolding...Is @Phil the Flyer a relation?

As a monarchist by principle, I see the upside of monarchy as a guard against abuse by politicians. If you want to look at the cost, neither Theresa or Jeremy would save money due to cost of security security. Nor would they have the ability to bring moderation to MPs, or sensibility to the electorate.

I've only ever seen Airmiles Andy on BA but I have seen William and Kate on SQ LHR-SIN - in suites of course.

msm2000uk - the current Mrs PtF (v3.0) and I have been together for more than 25 years.

It is a true fact that both v1.0 and v2.0 were named Elizabeth - so I twice experienced ‘Liz & Phil’ marriages!

Of course, with the Queen’s husband, the Prime Minister’s husband, and the Chancellor of the Exchequer all named Philip, it’s obvious what currently is the most powerful male name in the UK.

William would have to be type rated on the EC145 as well, from his East Anglian Air Ambulance job (though I expect he's not current, he'd have to do some refresher training). He's also flown a Sea King, so he need not necessarily arrive in a helicopter gunship

William is also the only one of the pair, as far as I know, to have a civil license; Harry's only flown under military regulations and licensing.

A few years ago I flew with Harry, but he was in the upper deck.

Hello to the posters with familiar names.

I see Phil is back home.

Uncle T still flying.

Hello CIHY.

And of course CWS and his kabab sandwich.
