HM's recent trip to ABZ / Balmoral (and perhaps from there too) was via a charter of Tottenham Hotspur FC's private jet. I think this had more to do with self isolation security rather than the dismal BA's schedule to Dyce.

Not since Johnson‘s flying airforce 0.005 with it ridiculous livery. But They do use domestic services.
when they did, fly long haul much of the f/ j cabin was stripped out and replaced with a royal suite. It was hardly slumming it

What's rediculous about the new RAF VIP livery?
I think it looks really smart.

Yes, back in the days when the Royal Household used to charter an entire jet for an official overseas visit, there was a royal suite that kitted out the A zone on the charted aircraft with fixed beds, desk and special seating. Now that there's more transparency over public spend for such trips it happens a lot less. The queen took a scheduled flight to New Zealand in 1995 :

The photo at the top of this page shows the seats fitted to Concorde for Her Majesty's use: https://thepointsguy.com/news/how-do...sh-royals-fly/

I suspect Her Majesty used the regular First seats on G-YMMP when she flew to Australia.

When HM travelled on a wide bodied BA aircraft it was always refitted with the Royal Kit, this was was the same for HRH The Prince of Wales when he was on State visits.
I have photos of the cabin but will not be posting them here, I seem to remember seeing some pictures online.

Did she get her own lavatory, I wonder, and unchanged?

Everything is replaced and it looks a good as a 10 year old Swiss/Lufthansa aircraft.

About 5 years ago I was the same flight with HRH The Prince of Wales from ZRH to LHR. We both were in J, he in 1A and me in 1F. 1C was taken by someone of his entourage and 1D by one of my colleagues (I’m not usually calling them entourage). It was a regular A320, no royal kit ...

He was treated exactly the same as every J pax on board, but got escorted on board by State of Zurich police, as the last passenger to board the aircraft, and deplaned with Briitish police, as the first passenger.

There is no Royal kit for narrow bodied aircraft.

Interesting! Did it take up the entire First cabin? That's no mean feat to disassemble the cabin and reassemble it again.

No some seats were left in place, I have been on PM flights where just the beds from the kit were fitted.

Not to go OT, but there is no King of Liechtenstein, as it is a principality (so a prince), more properly a Fürstentum.

Dreadful, isn't it? Almost as bad as Cheeto's proposed livery for Air Force One.

The same link from above shows what the A330 looked like previously.

I think the new Voyager livery is tacky beyond believe, whoever passed that should be sacked.
