Out of politeness waited for occupant to leave the shot. Shame. I like the snug. Still corner seat is free

2 seats isn't bad going. My record is five
I should add that I see no harm if the place is completely empty.

I would never put a bag that has been on the floor onto a seat.

The Unite union tag amuses me: 'This bag belongs to a socially unaware socialist.'

I'm less likely to believe that bag has ever been on the floor judging by the photo. The point about hygiene is a good one.

Baffling. He has been joined by two colleagues so they have left the snug en masse for elsewhere in the lounge.

Well, I remember in AMS a couple months ago a group of shirts thinking they could muscle me out of my snug corner position.

Deliberately encroaching in my space and limiting me to very little, I pulled my table to the side where it had been before and placed my glass delicately on it and put my noise cancelling headphones on. My space had vanished when I returned from the buffet counter. It had been an obvious attempt to try and get me to move on and I did then decide to spread out my things a little more. I don't care how boisterous they can be if I can't hear them. This kind of behaviour annoys me, so I can advocate 'spreading' sometimes.
