241 + GUF use..
 
I'm know, almost certainly, this has been discussed already but i'm being a numpty with the forum search function so apologies in advance for duplication.

I'd like to use a 241 and a GUF to book WT+ and upgrade to CW or CW and upgrade to F (dependent on availability..). It's clear to me this is possible but my question is does there need to be reward availability in both cabins or just in the cabin your targeting upgrading to?
