That's a useful looking tool, thank you for creating it! ^

I see from here: https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb...ing-avios.html that mccartje's original thought was correct and on Jan1st, booking class S on AA moved from "lowest" to "low" which I presume accounts for the apparent discrepancy.

Bit of a poor show that BA's own calculator is out of date 4 months after the change!

SFO-MIA will be 20/35/70 TP in coach, depending on fare code, and 140 in business (marketed as first) whether coded as AA or BA.

I’ve looked through various threads and the available mileage calculators but still haven’t found the answer this:

As a BA GCH, how many tier points and/or Avios will I earn on AA B-class basic economy domestic flights?

Thanks

Pretty sure it counts as “Lowest” - so 5/20 TPs depending on sector length. 25% Avios.

There is a reason for the confusion: the BA calculator for a pair of routes does not show B at all, but the airline guide on BA.com does show B, admittedly in an Avios context.

The previous longhaul thread on this is here, but in essence you'll get 5 TPs on most AA domestics, 10 TPs on the longer USA ones. I recall another thread where several clued-up FTers confirmed they got 5 TPs (etc) on B fares. Moreover if TPs were not being awarded on these fares I'm 10001% certain that BA FT would have a daily thread entitled "Why didn't I get TPs on this AA flight?"
