Lounge access on IB-marketed, VY-operated economy ticket

Hi,

I have an avios award domestic ticket from BCN to VLC, redeemed thru Iberia Plus. I don't have any status in IBplus, but I have BAEC Gold. The flight is booked as IB5XXX, not VY.

Question: can I use the lounge as if it was a domestic IB flight, by using my BAEC Gold status?

I am afraid that won't give access. Unless the agent gets confused by the complexity. You would need IB+ status.
