The first part is arguable as you were filming Heathrow's property. But you are actually allowed to record the part that you had "interviewed" by HMRC (I guess) or any staffs in the airport. I am not sure the way he grabbed your arm to somewhere would be a proper approach. (given you were calm and sounded and in reasonable manner)

Never had any trouble with CBP when I've had my phone out in the immigration area for MPC. If they really do have a ban on using phones in the immigration area (guess I should start reading the signs more carefully) I don't see how that could possibly work with MPC.
