Online checkin problems
What seems to be a recurring issue with me booking to booking I cannot 'save' my personal information (passport details, visa details etc) - so usually on each booking to the US I have to re-enter all the details. Today - trying to check in online for a flight tomorrow it just refuses to accept any information - I enter all the details, go to checkin online and it then days I need to enter the information - but then says all the information in complete, but with no actual details in any of the boxes! Tried a number of times, both with the app, firefox and IE... . UGH!.
