This is what the all knowing Mr C-W-S sent me in the B2B thread.
I've never done it but I was through MAD 2 weeks ago and the layout hasn't changed. Perfectly feasible and near foolproof, yes you stay in T4S, you climb up and then drop down in the building, try to get forward in the cabin since the old dears like me may find the airbridge slope a bit taxing. If on time you would have a good 20 or 30 minutes in the nearby lounge.
EDIT: Here is the main post from CWS: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/26195435-post866.html
It is also linked in the WIKI.

Welcome aboard the Party Plane...
Anyone else? Go on, you know you want to...3 days to the inaugural (press flight) A350 paying pax flight and roughly a week until the party plane...
I'll have a look at the other dates and flights and do a few fun graphics if there are a few travelling together as well.
Safe travels.

Seatmap on App shows me WT+ seats as blocked. I was automatically moved to first row in ET (30J)
1 Seat still available in row 30 but it’s Bassinet so cannot select this window seat.

Currently having a drink in the Sala VIP lounge in MAD T4. The refurbishment looks good. Will head over to T4S for lunch at the nicer lounge for my IB 340 flight to LHR (Flat bed 1C)
Was in the LA 787 in 1A last night from FRA to MAD, plane looked a bit dated.
In case you are wondering, last minute push to get 100 TP (40+40 + 20 from A350 Y) before TP end to get my 2 GUF1’s.
