The BA homepage currently shows as blank white...

The convention for swearing on here is to use ***, not "blank".

Had the same and then cleared history. Try incognito as well.

Would not open in google chrome earlier, and sooo slow with script think in explorer

I had a similar experience yesterday, when trying to clarify information for this thread: How many Avios do I need?

But it's been working fine for me today. The glitches seem to be randomly distributed!
