Fantastic ''sale'' fares to Miami

I'm not sure why but there are some great fares in Club World right now.
Miami for £1331
NYC for £1318
LAX for £1446
and many more...
I believe these are cheaper than the sale that just ended.

So cruel. So accurate. I assume that you mean the airport,as to that I would add IAD which I cordially detest.

For the kind of savings on MCO or TPA I will gladly step foot in MIA. Every time we've used it its been no problem whatsoever.

If you hate MIA, try FLL next door - 3 border agents to service 4 full flights, at a rate of a couple of minutes per passenger..

I could see value in using cheap fares to any of the Florida airports, as a stepping stone to Caribbean destinations, but everything I’ve read here makes me want to avoid connecting down there.

Do you have global entry? Even at Miami this had been a breeze

Nope

I shall persist with ex-DUB, racking up TPs along the way. PHL-Florida[?]-Caribbean is not an unreasonable routing

I go in with an ESTA and last few times have been through MIA in about 20 mins using the machines. If you get the unlucky X then you can be anywhere from 45 mins to 3 hours.

Some decent F fares available mid March too which is surprising given the Winter Music Conference that will have most of Europe's top DJ's descending on MIA then.

I got the X at Miami a few weeks ago, even though it was the third time I'd entered the US in as many weeks, and spent nearly two hours in line being marshalled by the rudest and most unhelpful officials imaginable. In both JFK and PHL I was through in under 15 minutes. I would never, if I had the choice, use Miami as a port of entry again.

Good fares. The sale was also good and we got a bunch of F returns instead of the usual Club, for various business trips. Might even make gold this year.

I think MIA's reputation maybe a legacy thing - over the past year, I've been through half a dozen times and not had to wait very long at all - the record was 5 mins using the machines, with my family in tow.

Last time through JFK by myself took over an hour.

(Currently in the process of obtaining GE).
