24hr cancellation window with Comair

24hr cancellation window with Comair
Family member booked LHR-JNB-PLZ/CPT-LHR yesterday but now realises that one of the dates would be better shifted by a day.
Still within the normal 24 hours cancellation window until this evening.
BA.com states:
The following types of booking are not covered by this guarantee:
Bookings made for travel within 24 hours of booking.
Bookings where immediate payment is not required.
Package bookings or flights booked with hotels, car hire, transfers or experiences.
South African domestic only services, operated by Comair.
So does anyone know whether the Comair segment on this booking changes the right to cancel within 24 hours?
