Munich has moved (rounding error in Avios awarded)
I received 578 Avios for flying LHR-MUC, and 580 Avios MUC-LHR.

(This is probably due to the way rounding works on the “half-Avios for discounted economy fares” but I found it ever-so-slightly moderately amusing.)

The Avios calculator shows 578 Avios (which is actually the full 100% miles flown) so I guess you got (slightly) lucky... I received the correct 578 each way over the Christmas period.

AA codes gave me 590 Avios last year.

distance MUC-LHR fluctuating?

Ha, so it's not just me. Both flights were bog-standard BA flights (well, booked through BA holidays, but still).

(And to avoid any doubt, it's merely a curiosity - nothing more).
