Recently flew LHR-CPH in CE and got talking to the guy next to me. Scruffy looking chap about the same age as me, who tells me he’s been in London “working on a movie”. I ask if he’s a camera man and he tells me he’s actually an actor. “Oh, have you worked with anyone I’d know?” I naively ask. “Well, the Rock, Charlize Theron, James McAvoy, John Goodman...”
His name was Roland Moller, and it turns out he’s pretty famous in Denmark, at least according to the people in our Copenhagen office when I told them the next day. I’d actually watched Atomic Blonde (one of his movies) the week before on the way back from San Diego!
Really nice bloke. Says he wakes up every morning and realises how lucky he is, because he’s paid silly money for doing something he loves. Asked if I needed a lift to my hotel, because the movie studio sends a car for him, but I was meeting a colleague.

Danny O’Donoghue, lead singer of The Script and judge on The Voice.. on LHR-OTP last Friday.
I had no idea who he was but we had a quick chat about the Brazil v Belgium game which had said he predicted a Belgium victory. Lady came up to ask for a selfie with him... only at that point did I twig he may be well known.

I couldn’t believe it but Rita Ora plus 2 or 3 entourage was in J on BA2276 LAS-LGW on Friday.
I was in row 1 (no F on this flight) and they were in row 4 I think.
I was surprised because 1) I thought she would be in private jet territory, and 2) J rather than F and 3) she ended up in baggage claim like everyone else before going through the red customs lane.
