I suspect there was very little take up. Probably not worth the administrative time to find the tickets and ask the issuing agents to cancel them.

I booked the return via LHR. I wanted to rebook for January so the outbound would be too, but it was dying when I tried.

Either way, A350 outbound.. fine for me!

For an easy 80TP you can do LHR-MAD overnight on 777 (BA) and A340 (IB) for £238. Both lie-flat and good departure times. Many Saturday nights from October onwards.

Looking for a LAX trip at the end of FEB2019, aware of the ex-ALG fare but seems not worth for the visa hassle.

is it too early for a trip for FEB2019?

Also, flights to BIO are coming in at slightly less, with the additional TPs and still the 777 option if you don't want to go direct and transfer via MAD

Nice spot - thank you MIKEYFLY. Added a car and secured a nice 10 day trip for two people for a €300 deposit. Worth paying a little extra to fly LHR-South Africa to avoid having to make your way between LHR and LGW. Routing via Joburg adds a few TPs.

There is pretty decent CW 14 day AP fare from DME to the US at the moment. INCRU45 allows a stopover in London and prices at under 1500GBP to NYC. Similar prices further West (e.g. TUS and ONT). Minimum 560TP or 640 with short connection. Maybe someone can get a 2000+ connection to price without adding significantly to the cost?

Is hoping to find a decent price in J for SIN (ex-BOS) a lost cause? I have been looking for a couple of months now for next March and I haven't found anything below ~$5700.

Depends on the definition of decent. I can see Finnair for 3400, not sure BA will go there though.

Hi all,

Myself and my wife are looking to fly to LAX/VEGAS or any other airport end of May/June next year and drive for a couple of weeks then fly back from New York.

I cant find anything that competitive at the moment but I'm not that good at this.

Happy to fly EX-... if it helps.

Thanks in advance.
