I believe Concorde Room access is pretty strictly limited to those traveling in BA First Class only (no other airlines) or BA Elite members that hold a Concorde Card. And obviously, ANA isn't even a OneWorld carrier, so not sure why you'd have any lounge access with BA while flying ANA.

the ccr hasn’t been shut at all this year as far as I remember. However as noted it is for BA F passengers or ccr card holders on a oneworld flight.

i don’t know which lounge ana would send their F passengers to normally, i would guess the ba galleries first lounge. However as that is the one that has been shut for refurbishment i think you would be sent to the ba galleries club lounge instead.

Good catch, I hadn't thought about ANA using BA lounge as a "contract lounge" but it appears you are correct, and here is the source URL:

The CCR isn't open at that time of day (open for about 3 hours in the morning for the BA day flight and from 3pm in the evening) and it hasn't been affected by the closure of the First lounge.

But given you are flying ANA you wouldn't get the CCR anyway.
