BA107 LHR-DXB 21/12 - Delay?
Can anyone assist in explaining the reason for the delay of today's flight?
I'm collecting someone on this flight and I'm advising them of their EU rights but want to be clear what the delay is first?
As per the usual BA Irrops process, they aren't being proactive with information at the airport.
