245 tp needed

currently need 245 TP to potentially get GGL

Anyone has any ideas where I can get that say from Europe (currently in London atm) for a cheapie? say under GBP 1.50 / TP?

I will need at least 1 sector on a BA/IB plane.

why would you need 1 sector for GGL or do you only have 3 sectors in 4,755 TP’s?

If you are time poor as me, my advice would be to do an IST coupled with a B2B domestic which would give you 240 which leaves 5 from any Y flight. You can tie this into one trip using EI such as flying LCY-DUB-MAN-LHR on one day, LHR-IST day 2 -!: IST-LHR day 3.

Have you had a look at the main thread: BA Tier Point Runs | 2017 master thread?

Best bet is likely to be a domestic starting point to a short-haul plus destination. That'd still leave you 5 short but that could be from the positioning flights.

thanks all for the suggestions -

just looking around doesn't seem like i can get my 245 tp at <400 gbp over this weekend.

i had some meetings that were going to be cancelled next week and it would have been economical for me to cancel the 2nd leg of my QR J ticket back to HKG and just redeem CX home.

But looks like plans have changed now - looks like i will be taking my original bookings after all and will get my 245+ TP and 1 sector (i.e. MAD-AMS via IB, then AMS-xDOH-HKG QR J)

But am asking for a friend... who needs 180 TP by 22 Dec.

I suggested the LHR-TLL but we both can't find it as BA website won't price it out.

I'd appreciate any suggestions...

Thanks

If you look either at the referenced TP run thread OR the TLL thread you will see that particular bargain has gone. If you look at the TP run thread there are other current ideas showing there.
