Silver renewal card not arrived

I have been BA Silver for four years. My qualifying year ends on October 8, the card is valid till November 30.
So far, no replacement card has arrived. Are they still sending them out? In my profile I see that this was sent out.

Same year end as yours and my Gold card finally arrived yesterday. Slower than usual this year.

My daughter qualified for silver in October. No sign of her card yet. Was going to give it to her as a Christmas present.

When this has happened before, the root cause was production difficulties (breakdown of specialist equipment) at Lavenham Press in Suffolk, who have handled BAEC's membership fulfillment for many years. I've no idea if that is the cause here, but it looks quite similar to previous episodes.

MrD and my year end was October 8th as well. I have had my card for a couple of weeks. Other half hasn’t had his yet - strange as we live at the same address but maybe they are done in alphabetical order (MrD has a surname that is further down the alphabet than mine).
I will fire up the laptop today and find out whether it says despatched.

There's always the one that shows up on the BA app. Just press the small icon on the My Account page to enlarge.

I got my Bronze soft landing card (and apology letter) super timely. Even though I had qualified for Silver in the new TP collection year before Silver expired...

For some reassurance have a look in the Executive Club menu on the website. There's an "Executive Club Items" page which should show when your card was ordered/fulfilled.

Check on MrD’s ‘Executive club items’ yesterday and definitely not despatched yet.
No biggie in the general scheme of things but very slow this year.

My Gold renewed at the end of my membership year back in the early summer. I think it was about the end of October before the card arrived.

Mind you, I still haven't opened the envelope. I'm not even sure where it is; it'll buried in a mound of paper somewhere at home.

Occasionally, you might need one to get in to a partner lounge where there's been some IT stuff-up that means that your status doesn't show properly. Or you might be using the BA status for a benefit when the booking you're flying on has got a different FF number on. I have used my card during the last decade for the latter reason, but I think I can count the occasions on the fingers of one hand.
