Considering the number of customers BA fly each day there's actually very few 'genuine' complaints posted to the forum .
What the forum does have are serial complainers who post a lot.

Judging from the countless (and often shamefully robotic) written responses quoted verbatim here by complainants - whether it involves fallout from IT meltdown chaos .... broken seats on longhaul flights in premium cabins .... dirty aircraft ...lack of food provision .... BoB failures, etc etc - there's every reason to conclude that BA themselves have also decided, like you, that very few complaints are 'genuine'.

There's surely a role for you in BA's Customer Relations team. You could helpfully explain to paying customers that they're being melodramatic
